O u r h i s t o r y

Grand mère maternelle Lucienne Nicvert

In 1988, at just 30 years old, François takes over the 4 hectares  family vineyard in Nuits Saint Georges and its surroundings, replacing his father. Concerned to guarantee the future of the estate, he decided to commercialize wines in bottles, invest in new plots and to rent out the vines.

François’ vineyard extends today to 6.7 hectares between Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are grown.

In 2008, he’s joined by Charlotte, his elder, who is dedicated to viticulture. It will then be Laure, in 2017, responsible for business development of the estate.

All of them present us red and white wines that honor their native Burgundy.

As actors of the agricultural industry, we know we are dependent on the environment that surrounds us as much as it depends on us. This is the reason why we practice a sustainable viticulture, the estate is getting the High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3 certification in 2021 in order to continue our development with greatest respect for our terroirs. We harvest exclusively our parcels by hand, year after year, with the help of our faithful pickers.

Take care of what nature has to offer!
